Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement SOPs for the Gold Seal process, FCA, FTE, inspections & IC release with suppliers, and SGS ensuring consistent quality standards

• Frequent visits to suppliers for inspections and process checks

• Training suppliers on premium product quality and support QA manager in implementing AQL standards in suppliers

• Work with product development, vendors, and sourcing teams to develop and improve garment specifications, construction methods, and provide technical support for new supplier sample reviews

• Conduct complete Gold Seal evaluations and approvals, including sample review for fit, construction, functionality, and safety

• Administrate Gold Seal comments in PLM, prepare supplier performance reports, and perform data analysis on rejections, tech-pack updates, and technical issues

• Manage the receipt and return of samples from suppliers to the warehouse and assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the QA team

Requirements 

• DSE / Form 5 or aobove

• Minimum 5+ years of QA experience, including sample evaluation and technical activities

• Excellent communication skills, able to prioritize tasks and report data clearly

• Strong team player, capable of networking and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of PLM is a plus

• Solid English language skills, both written and spoken
