Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • Perform industry and company research, financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation activities;

                      • Work with senior bankers in transaction execution;

                      • Prepare marketing materials including presentations and pitch books;

                      • Develop relationships with junior executives at our clients;

                      • Comply with any internal and external regulations and company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Economics and other relevant qualifications;

                          • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, research or private equity or other relevant experience;

                          • With experience in Loan Syndication is preferable; 

                          • With CFA/CPA qualification is preferable;

                          • Strong analytical and quantitative skills;

                          • Solid financial modelling and valuation skills; 

                          • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;

                          • Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;

                          • Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field; 

                          • Fluency in English and Mandarin；Both written and verbal communication skills; 

                          • Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
