We are currently looking for candidates for Business Analyst. Peplink is under Plover Bay Technologies Limited, a listed company on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1523.HK).

Key Responsibilities:

• • • • • • Logic-to-Code Translation: Convert complex business functions into structured logic flows and requirements that can be effectively processed and meet business needs.

          • Automated Analysis & Intelligence: Develop and maintain status tracking tools by leveraging AI to analyze system data, shifting the focus from manual reporting to automated, real-time insights.

          • Risk Management: Identify operational risks and areas for system improvement, including writing specifications and implementing solutions.

          • Continuous System Evolution: Perform ongoing reviews of system performance. Use AI to generate process documentation, training materials, and optimization strategies to modernize legacy workflows.

          • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams such as marketing, finance, operations, and strategy to provide analytical support, and collaborate with IT teams on data-related projects.

          • Operational Support: Ensure operational continuity by training client personnel and providing ongoing support.

          • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Who You Are:

1. • • • • Degree holder in Information Technology, BBA or IT related disciplines

         • Minimum 3 years working experience in system analysis and reengineering

         • Computational Thinking: Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) logic and programming principles.

         • Ability to "think like a developer" to guide AI tools in generating SQL, scripts, and data structures, even if you are not writing the syntax from scratch.

         • Well organized, detail oriented with strong analytical skills

         • Good team player with strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

         • Work well under pressure with strong time-management skills

         • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
