Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition and staffing for manufacturing and corporate functions, including job design, sourcing strategy, CV screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
• Own recruitment analytics, build talent pipelines for critical roles, and collaborate with hiring managers across Hong Kong and mainland China to align staffing needs with business growth
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost retention and workforce satisfaction in a manufacturing environment
• Ensure all HR operations, recruitment practices, and employment policies fully comply with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant mainland China labour laws
• Support employee lifecycle administration, including contract management, probation review, and exit processes for both Hong Kong and mainland China staff
• Prepare recruitment reports, talent dashboards, and presentation materials for senior management
• Participate in HR projects, policy reviews, and process optimization to support cross-border HR operations
• Provide professional guidance to employees on labour law, HR policies, and engagement-related queries
Requirements:
• Proven 8 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing in sizable organisations
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and hands-on experience with mainland China labour regulations and HR operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities in both English and Chinese
• Ability to work flexibly to support changing business needs and cross-border projects
