Responsibilities:
Perform key account management of assigned stores and channels
Directly handle key accounts to build the relationship and to grow the business
Identify new sales leads and potential new products and markets for business expansion
Develop growth strategies and plans which focus on market share and customer satisfaction to achieve sales target
Conduct regular market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities, and use these insights to develop tailored solutions and strategies for key accounts.
Regular market visit to monitor sales, distribution and in-store activities
Requirements:
Degree or Higher Diploma holder
Min. 2 years B2B sales experience
Experience in FMCG or medical / optical industry is highly preferred
Solid experience in business development, client servicing and account management
Excellent spoken and written of Chinese and English
