Your new role

Your objective is to manage the recruitment process with the goal of maximizing individual fee and team targets.

• Establish a close relationship with key accounts and clients

• Discover job and business development opportunities

• Represent Hays to source candidates using a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs

• Interviewing and assessing potential candidates, develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

• Manage both client and candidate expectations during the recruitment process

• Act as an expert in the industry to answer all client and candidate needs

What you'll need to succeed

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Fresh graduates and candidates with less experience are welcome

• Professional proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred

• Goal-oriented and commercial

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with support available to help you succeed

• Enjoys building relationships with external and internal parties
