Job Responsibilities
Manage, expand, and deepen relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, acting as their primary trusted advisor.
Acquire new clients through personal networks and client referrals, with responsibility for AUM growth, revenue targets, and increasing client wallet share.
Work closely with product specialists to deliver customized solutions covering investment products, discretionary portfolio management, credit solutions, foreign exchange, alternative investments, and wealth structuring/planning.
Strictly adhere to regulatory requirements, including compliance, KYC/AML, and risk management standards, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Multiple seniorities are open; the final title will be determined based on client asset size, historical performance, and overall experience.
Hiring Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; CFA, CFP, CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or UHNW relationship management (title commensurate with experience).
Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing at least USD 150 million in AUM over the past three years.
Strong expertise in global financial markets, investment products, credit solutions, and wealth planning structures.
Solid professional reputation within the UHNW client segment, with a strong referral network and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
