Responsibilities
Product Compliance
Ensure that all products meet global regulatory requirements while at the same time being compliant with the required testing performed by 3rd party labs based on the most updated HQ RSL and related guideline/s
Oversee any needed correction plan
Social Compliance
Ensure that all nominated vendors and factories are compliant with global regulatory standards in terms of social responsibility and sustainability
Oversee any needed correction plan
In General
Manage a proper filing system and the relevant database for any compliance related document; based on the latter, organize an accurate and up-to-date compliance reporting system
Work closely with HQ Sustainability Dept to ensure an effective 2-way communication in order that a centralized guideline spreading among nominated vendors takes place and any market requirement change is promptly reverted to the Headquarters
Perform any ad hoc project as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
5 years of working experience in shoes / leather goods / garment factory or a laboratory company
Ability to read and understand government regulations
Knowledge in the fields of assessment practices and environment, health and safety
Team player with proven ability to work independently
Ability to exercise good and fact-based assessments
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office Suite and database and compliance software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
