Responsibilities

• Handle month end closing for assigned overseas offices including preparation and review all financial and management reporting, variance analysis and schedules on a timely basis

• Support and assist supervisor in all financial and management reporting

• Maintain good working relationships with finance representatives and management team in offshore locations and give constructive advice where appropriate

• Coordinate and handle inter-company recharges and reconciliations

• Perform any ad hoc projects/assignments as requested

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Accounting or related discipline, finalist/qualified member of professional accounting bodies

• Minimum 3 years solid accounting experience in MNC of sizable company

• Experience in handling and reviewing full set accounts

• Strong analytical mindset and reporting skills

• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, ability to organize and prioritize work within established deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at different level from different culture

• Proficient in MS Office (words/excel) and experience in using EPICOR accounting system is an advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken English

• Immediate available is preferred
