Job Responsibilities:

• Execute regular purchasing duties, including PO issuance, order processing, price negotiation, and sourcing.

• Monitor supplier performance regarding service, quality, price, on-time delivery, and overall reliability.

• Source new materials, replacement goods, and new suppliers to meet operational needs.

• Conduct vendor audits and ensure all procurement records are accurately maintained.

• Act as a key liaison between Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, and Distribution to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification: High Diploma / Associate degree / Degree holder or above

Field of Study:  Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines

Years of Experience: At least 1-3 years of related experience

• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is highly desirable.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Strong logical mind with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, integrity, and a positive attitude.

• Adaptive and eager to learn; a smart, enthusiastic professional who thrives on continuous improvement.
