Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development, debugging, and optimization of disk drive head servo systems.

• Design and implement control loops, and perform simulation verification.

• Conduct parameter tuning and performance testing in laboratory or the production line; troubleshoot vibration, jitter, and drift issues.

• Collaborate with mechanical, head design, electronic hardware, and firmware teams to drive system-level integration and root cause analysis.

• Write and maintain servo control-related software/firmware code, test scripts, debug reports, and technical documentation.

• Analyze test data, propose process improvements and product reliability enhancement solutions, and participate in yield improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree holder or above

Field of Study:  Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Applied Physics / Physics / or related disciplines

Years of Experience: Preferable more than 3 years of relevant experience

*Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered

•  Strong foundation in control theory, including PID, notch filtering, robust control, and feedforward/adaptive control.

• Proficient in C/C++ and Python for project development; experienced with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation.

• Knowledge of motor drives and sensor signal characteristics, noise suppression methods, digital signal processing, analog/digital conversion, and filter design.

• Experience with servo systems or head/drive-related fields is preferred.

• Background in mechanical vibration, acoustic noise, or micro/nano-level positioning solutions; patents or published papers are an advantage.

• Good communication skills, logical mind, and eagerness to learn.

• Responsible, independent, and cooperative.

• Good command of English and Mandarin.
