1. Team Leadership and Project Management:
Lead the servo control team to develop and improve control systems, including VCM, PZT, and motor controllers.
Plan, prioritize, and manage projects to meet development goals and deliver milestones on time.
Foster collaboration across hardware, software, and testing teams to ensure seamless system integration.
2. Servo Control System Development and Optimization:
Oversee the enhancement of existing PID control systems and lead the development of new MIMO (Multiple Input, Multiple Output) control systems.
Conduct control model and seek model simulations using Matlab and optimize system control parameters for various testing platforms.
3. Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting:
Analyze, tune, and optimize system control parameters to improve performance across diverse platforms.
Identify and resolve technical issues in control systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
4. DSP Programming and Response Time Improvement:
Review and improve DSP (Digital Signal Processing) programming to achieve faster response times and enhance system performance.
5. Innovation, Mentorship, and Documentation:
Drive research and implementation of the latest servo control technologies to enhance system performance.
Mentor and train team members to build expertise in control systems.
Maintain detailed documentation of designs, simulations, and tuning processes while providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Academic Qualification:Master / M.Phil / PhD
Field of Study:Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / related field
Years of Experience:5 or more years of experience in embedded controls system or a related domain
Strong foundation in control system design, including experience with DSP servo control programming and MATLAB
Working knowledge of signal processing, robust control and adaptive control systems
Exceptional skills in failure analysis and problem investigation
Proven ability to plan, track, and coordinate complex projects across multiple teams and timelines
Demonstrates adaptability, independence, responsibility, and a presentable demeanour, with self-motivation to excel in dynamic environments
Aggressive in pursuit of goals, with strong leadership, analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and a deep eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Effective communication skills, including writing, verbal, and presentation abilities in English and Mandarin
