Responsibilities:

• Answer customer queries in a timely and suitable manner
• Handle enquiries and service requests by providing information and suggestions, recommending customers appropriate services
• Pursue sales growth, and be able to maintain business relationship with existing clients
• Administration and catering services support for events
• Pre and post event co-ordination
• Conduct site visits, prepare and send out proposals and contracts and assist with menu selection with great attention to details

Requirements:

• Degree or higher diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferably
• 1-2 years experiences in the hotel catering or F&B industries
• Experience in corporate & event catering operation
• Proficiency in using MS office
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Passionate for quality service, attention to details, good organization & communication skills, good team player
• Immediate available is an advantage
