Job Responsibilities

• -          Serve as the Sole Responsible Officer for Type4& 9 regulated activities.

  -          Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the SFC licensed business.

  -          Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with macro investment strategies.

  -          Supervise fund establishment and structuring across relevant jurisdictions.

  -          Manage day-to-day fund operations and administration.

  -          Ensure ongoing adherence to all SFC regulatory requirements.

  -          Act as the primary liaison with the SFC and other regulatory bodies as needed.

  -          Oversee the daily operations of all regulated activities.

  -          Establish and maintain robust risk management and AML/KYC frameworks.

  -          Report regularly to senior management on all compliance-related matters.

  -          Preference will be given to candidates with quantitative trading experience.

  -          This role may also involve ad-hoc projects and as be a Director role.

Job Requirements

• -          Must be a current holder of SFC Type 9 licenses with unconditional RO status, fully eligible to act as the Responsible Officer for both regulated activities.

  -          Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with in-depth knowledge of SFC rules and guidelines.

  -          Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.

  -          Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.

  -          Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

  -          Fluency in English, Cantonese is required.
