Practice Group: Capital Markets
Level: Junior Associate to Senior Associate

-Advise issuers and underwriters on IPOs and equity capital market transactions
-Draft and review prospectuses, offering documents, underwriting agreements, and ancillary documents
-Conduct legal due diligence and manage transaction processes
-Liaise with regulators, stock exchanges, auditors, and other intermediaries
-Provide ongoing compliance and regulatory advice for listed companies

Requirements:
-1–6+ years of relevant capital markets / IPO experience
-Experience in A-share, Hong Kong, or overseas listings preferred
-Strong drafting and transaction management skills
-Good command of written and spoken English
-Strong academic background (top law schools preferred)
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure

2️⃣ ECM Team – Paralegal to Associate
Practice Group: Capital Markets (Equity Capital Markets)

-Assist lawyers in IPO and equity financing transactions
-Prepare and organize due diligence materials
-Coordinate document signing and closing processes
-Conduct legal research and regulatory updates
-Manage transaction documents and filing materials
-Communicate with clients and intermediaries as required

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB required)
-1–3 years of relevant paralegal experience in capital markets / IPO preferred
-Strong document management and organizational skills
-High attention to detail
-Good written and spoken English
-Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
