Job Duties

• Perform key account management of assigned stores and channels

• Directly handle key accounts to build the relationship and to grow the business

• Identify new sales leads and potential new products and markets for business expansion

• Develop growth strategies and plans which focus on market share and customer satisfaction to achieve sales target

• Conduct regular market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities, and use these insights to develop tailored solutions and strategies for key accounts.

• Regular market visit to monitor sales, distribution and in-store activities

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder

• Min. 2 years B2B sales experience

• Experience in FMCG or medical / optical industry is highly preferred

• Solid experience in business development, client servicing and account management

• Excellent spoken and written of Chinese and English
