The Role

• Manage a portfolio ranging from mainstream M&A and JVs to specialized Media & TMT matters.
• Advise on content production/financing, distribution, talent engagements, sports rights, and live event structuring.
• Negotiate and oversee intricate commercial instruments with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• Hong Kong-qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE and robust commercial drafting proficiency.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is essential.
• Self-motivated, able to juggle competing deadlines, and eager to build your own practice within a supportive firm.
• Media industry experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
