Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a comprehensive homeschooling curriculum aligned with or exceeding Hong Kong academic standards

• Support the student’s transition from traditional schooling to a home education environment

• Assess academic progress and adapt teaching strategies to suit the student’s learning style

• Prepare structured lesson plans, learning materials, and regular progress reports

• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Education Bureau (EDB) requirements for homeschooling approval

• Foster independent learning, critical thinking, and strong academic discipline

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a homeschooling teacher or private educator (essential)

• Strong understanding of international or local curricula (e.g., IB, IGCSE, or equivalent)

• Demonstrated ability to manage homeschooling applications and meet EDB supervision standards

• Excellent academic background and teaching credentials

• Patient, adaptable, and able to build a positive student-teacher relationship

• Fluent in English & Cantonese

Preferred Profile:

• Experience working with UHNW families or in private household settings

• Ability to deliver multi-subject teaching at secondary level

• Familiarity with examination pathways and academic benchmarking
