General Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support daily order management and customer enquiries for B2B customers to ensure smooth operations and on‑time delivery. You will also be responsible for accurate data entry in SAP, coordinating with internal teams, and providing professional service to build trust and long‑term relationships.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain customer orders in SAP accurately and on time;
Follow up order status with logistics, production team and other related department to ensure on‑time shipment;
Handle customer enquiries via email and phone, and provide timely, clear responses;
Proactively communicate any delivery issues, delays or changes to internal and external parties;
Support ad‑hoc tasks and daily customer service operations assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in customer service or order processing, preferably with B2B customers;
Experience in SAP would be an advantage;
Smart, fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and a sense of responsibility;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player;
Flexible to work in fast-paced and energetic working environment;
Good command of English and Chinese languages, both speaking and writing;
Good PC skills and knowledge
