Responsibilities

• Understand corporate standards and vendor capabilities in executing quality garments

• Plan audits of quality system and products to ensure quality of products align with corporate procedures, requirements and specifications

• Generate solutions to management to solve specific quality issues.  Provide effective guidance to factories’ in-house QC teams to rectify quality defects. Organize training to factories’ in-house QC teams to maintain quality standards.  Set up inspection protocols to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards

• Represent the Company to monitor quality of products from pre-production to finished product packing, including but not limited to checking top/pre-production samples, attending pre-production meetings, in-line inspection, final inspection, packing products & etc. 

• Prepare and present quality assessment reports, latest inspection summary, records and reports to merchandising team in HK and related parties in U.S. Headquarter

• Coordinate with merchandising and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipment delivery, and to alert delays in shipments in advance

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 5 years working experience

• Strong analytical thinking to identify root cause of defects, and problem-solving skills

• Good time management and capable to meet deadline

• Work independently, be self-motivated and able to demonstrate exceptional judgement

• Strong communication and presentation skill in English

• Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must

• Hands on with Microsoft Word, Excel, Pivot, Lookup, Chinese word processing and PowerPoint

• Frequent travels to factories in China and S.E.Asia required
