Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • Manage projects within the electronic toy development department.

                          • Lead hardware and software development for electronic toy products.

                          • Coordinate cross‑functional product development activities to achieve competitive cost, strong product value, high quality, and on‑time delivery.

                          • Ensure product quality meets required standards and complies with product specifications and toy safety regulations.

                          • Communicate and resolve product, quality, and performance issues with the development team, vendors, and manufacturing partners.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

                          • A minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, including at least 5 years in project management.

                          • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability.

                          • Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks

                          • simultaneously.

                          • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
