About Your Role:

• • • • • Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and contract award

        • Lead procurement for goods and services, including IT services and system integrators

        • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval matrix, and internal controls

        • Conduct cost analysis and support cost‑saving and value‑for‑money initiatives

        • Manage supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and vendor relationships

        • Prepare procurement recommendations, reports, and contract documentation

        • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business requirements

Does it sound like you?

• • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines

          • 5 years of procurement experience, with exposure to corporate IT services or technology procurement preferred

          • Experience in IT services / system integrator / professional services procurement is an advantage

          • Strong negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills

          • Good understanding of procurement governance and compliance

          • Proficient in MS Office; ERP/procurement system experience preferred

          • Good command of English and Chinese
