About Your Role:
Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and contract award
Lead procurement for goods and services, including IT services and system integrators
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval matrix, and internal controls
Conduct cost analysis and support cost‑saving and value‑for‑money initiatives
Manage supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and vendor relationships
Prepare procurement recommendations, reports, and contract documentation
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business requirements
Does it sound like you?
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines
5 years of procurement experience, with exposure to corporate IT services or technology procurement preferred
Experience in IT services / system integrator / professional services procurement is an advantage
Strong negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills
Good understanding of procurement governance and compliance
Proficient in MS Office; ERP/procurement system experience preferred
Good command of English and Chinese
