• Provide clerical and administrative support for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations
• Support office administration and reception duties
• Ensure the updating, maintenance, filing and retrieval of human resources records
• Maintain employee database and prepare regular reports
• Assist in HR related events and activities
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• At least 1 year's relevant experience in HR operations is preferable
