Join Our Property Officer Trainee Programme
Our intensive and comprehensive programme will provide trainees an opportunity to develop the skills and professional expertise which are essential to become a Property Management professional in the industry.
Program Coverage：
（1）Cross-property internship：
At least two to four property internship buildings will be arranged within the assigned region (ranging from three to nine months)
- Exposure in shopping malls, residential, commercial, industrial, facility properties, Clubhouse and Serviced Apartment
- Assisting the area manager in handling and supervising daily property management affairs
- Regular property inspections are conducted to monitor the performance of frontline staff
- All financial, facility inspection and maintenance records are ensured to complete
- Responsible for following up on customer inquiries and complaints as well as handling emergencies
- Handling general administrative affairs
（2）Internal training: The company provides mentorship, regional training, and an apprentice program
（3）External training: Participation in lectures or workshops, experiential learning and continuing education subsidy programs; also including participation in company activities, property visits and volunteer activities
Career ladder:
Starting as a trainee property manager in the first year, there is an opportunity to be promoted to "Assistant Property Manager" as EARLY as the 6th year.
Job requirements：
- Bachelor's degree or above in any disciplines awarded in 2025 to 2026
- Fresh and IANG graduates are welcome
- Possesses excellent customer service attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and project management skill
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese typing
