Responsibilities:
Act as the brand champion, collaborating with global teams to shape brand, portfolio, and communication strategies.
Lead consumer insight initiatives in HK & GD to uncover market opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
Develop and execute annual brand plans to achieve commercial and strategic objectives.
Drive new product development (NPD) launches and post-launch evaluations with cross-functional teams.
Manage full-funnel marketing activities, working closely with Digital, CRM, and Medical Marketing teams.
Influence and align internal stakeholders (Sales, Shopper Marketing, Finance, Operations, Regulatory) for integrated execution.
Ensure budget efficiency through sound financial planning and monitoring.
Uphold regulatory compliance in all product claims and communications.
Build and coach a high-performing, agile team with a growth mindset.
Requirements:
University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 12 years of brand marketing experience with Market Leading Brands/ No. 1 Brands, preferably in MNCs.
At least 4–5 years of people management experience.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Energetic, open-minded, and hands-on with a can-do attitude.
Resilient and proactive with high learning agility and internal influencing skills.
