Company details

Responsibilities :

Communicate with customers and China Factory for delivery schedule and shipping arrangement
Handle full set of Shipping document & custom declaration
Coordinate with various parts(e.g. China factory,customers, forwards, suppliers)

Requirements :

F.5 or above with at least 5 years working experience in manufacturing/trading environment
Good knowledge or import/export procedures and documentation, Hong Kong & China customs preferred
Familiar with Tradelink declaration system
Strong shipment coordination skills & communication skills
Good written English to communicate with overseas customers by E-mail
Proficient in computer operation
Immediate available in preferable
