Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operation including full set of accounts, month end closing, and intercompany reconciliation

• Handle accounts payable and cost control function to ensure the completeness and accuracy of records

• Maintain proper, updated and accurate records of account receivable, perform debts chasing function and deliver timely and accurate receivables reports

• Provide timely and accurate management reports

• Assist in safeguarding Family Office's assets, including maintenance of Fixed Assets Register and handling insurance matters

• Prepare minutes and resolutions for Family Office and ensure company secretarial records are in compliance with all legal and professional requirements

• Liaise with auditors, prepare and analyze statutory accounts for Inland Revenue Dept

• Systems implementation

• Handle ad-hoc assignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance or related disciplines

• At least 3 years’ accounting experience

• Good language skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin

• Good computer knowledge, strong in Excel is a must, knowledge in Sage system would be an advantage
