Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns for consumer lending products to drive new business expansion
Collaborate with internal partners and the marketing team to enhance customer acquisition performance and efficiency, supporting the achievement of business objectives
Lead the creation of new product features while keeping existing offerings competitive in response to evolving market needs
Partner with UI/UX, operations, and risk control teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer journey from end to end
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and take part in UAT to guarantee successful project execution and business goal alignment
Analyze user feedback and core product metrics to identify growth opportunities and formulate ongoing enhancement plans
Track industry trends, competitor pricing, promotions, and customer preferences to stay informed of market movements
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in business, finance, or a related field
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in consumer credit products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards, premium financing), with solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and market practices
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Loan Manager position
Familiarity with data analysis, user research, and product design methods is a plus
Strong commercial awareness and project management capabilities, able to coordinate diverse teams and meet delivery deadlines
Highly motivated, proactive attitude, comfortable handling multiple tasks under pressure and tight schedules
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
