Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with key accounts in the metal semi-manufacturing industry

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue

• Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers

• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise

• Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and opportunities for growth

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that customers may have

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the raw materials industry and market trends

• Prepare regular market reports and forecasts for management

• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products

• Managing price risk; hedging FX and with LME and COMEX futures

Requirements

• Degree or above

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferable in raw materials

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with key accounts

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
