Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Malaysia team to ensure smooth service delivery;
Liaise with clients, clearly explain the features and advantages of our services, and effectively manage client expectations;
Handle client inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner, and enhance the company’s reliable and positive image;
Support cost optimization and operational efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities and streamlining processes;
Assist Malaysia colleagues on daily operations
Requirements:
Diploma / Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration,Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of project management or operations management experience, with experience in cross‑border or multinational projects highly preferred;
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and report directly to senior management;
Able to communicate in Cantonese/Chinese and write in English;
Highly responsible, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
