Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project management and ensure smooth execution of works

• Monitor site progress, attend site meetings, and manage cost and quality control

• Resolve site-related issues promptly and effectively

• Ensure all submissions for approval are completed on time

• Liaise with interested parties including, but not limit to, main contractors, subcontractors and internal teams, to keep project on schedule

Reqirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 5 years project coordination experience in large-scle  E&M/fitting-out projects

• Prior experience in commercial kitchen engineering is essential

• Strong leadership skill, interpersonal skill and negotiation skill

• Good time management, analytical skill, execellent problem solving skills and able to work under pressure

• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese

• Contract duration: approximately 9-12 months, subject to project completion progress
