- Coordinate with Malaysia team to ensure smooth service delivery;
- Liaise with clients, clearly explain the features and advantages of our services, and effectively manage client expectations;
- Handle client inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner, and enhance the company' s reliable and positive image;
- Support cost optimization and operational efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities and streamlining processes;
- Assist Malaysia colleagues on daily operations;
Requirements:
- Diploma I Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration.Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of project management or operations management experience, with experience in cross-border or multinational projects highly preferred;
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and report directly to senior management;
- Able to communicate in Cantonese/Chinese and write in English;
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
