Job Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end closing processes, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and effective cash flow management.

• Prepare and maintain accurate bank and financial business reports, including cash flow forecasting.

• Perform financial data analysis to support business performance evaluation, forecasting, and annual budgeting exercises.

• Ensure all financial reports comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Handle company secretarial duties and maintain compliance with HKEX requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate necessary financial information.

• Design and continuously improve reporting templates and processes to enhance efficiency.

• Manage KYC procedures and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a sizable or listed company.

• Strong attention to detail with solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.

• Excellent analytical skills with high sensitivity to financial data and numbers.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written). Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
