Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturers to continuously upgrade product quality in terms of workmanship, construction and functionality for accessories and gadgets

• Partner side by side with the R&D team on fabric development, quality standards, minimums and delivery timelines

• Lead the development and creation of new trims, hardware and gadget concepts for each new season

• Provide technical advice and cost-saving options to ensure products meet target prices without compromising quality

• Manage the end-to-end development process, from technical drawings through to salesman samples

• Oversee on‑time delivery performance for both salesman samples and bulk orders

• Manage bulk production lead times and MOQs, ensuring suppliers meet brand and operational requirements

• Conduct frequent travel to meet with factories, buyers and designers for development, sourcing and production follow‑ups

Reqirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in accessories and gadgets sourcing and development

• Proven ability to manage the full cycle from product development to bulk production

• Strong supplier network across multiple countries and product categories

• Experience in fabric and trims sourcing, with hands‑on involvement in material selection and approval

• Solid knowledge of testing standards and compliance requirements for different product types

• Strong people management skills, with experience leading and coordinating with cross‑functional teams

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both buyers and suppliers

• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
