Responsibilities

• Report to and work closely with top management 

• Devise and govern financing activities of the Group

• Strategize and plan for mid- to long-term organizational development by providing professional expertise, analysis and advice to the top executives

• Take part in and carry out project life cycle in organizational development, overseas investments and any ad hoc projects 

• Liaise with external professionals worldwide to ensure a strong connection in the industry and in different economic regions 

• Guide hybrid finance teams to ensure effectiveness and efficiency including but not limited to FP&A, finance compliance and tax planning

• Lead and monitor every aspect of the Finance and HR departments 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related fields with relevant certifications in ACCA, CPA 

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managerial level 

• Strong knowledge of financial investment and global economy

• Proven experience in listed company with manufacturing exposure preferred

• Advanced communication and negotiation skills, able to work under pressure

• Proficient in Putonghua and English

• Frequent travel may be required
