Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of Shopify and HKTVmall, including order processing, price updates, customer inquiries and logistics arrangements

• Closely monitor product and inventory levels, and proactively remind the team when stock is running low

• Work closely with the team to support the planning of various marketing activities and strategies, aiming to optimize online and offline sales and enhance the customer experience

• Respond to customers’ inquiries and feedbacks in all channels including email, social media platforms, instant messenger and product reviews

• Manage e-commerce platforms, including product listing, pricing, content updates and inventory management

• Assist in conducting market research to understand homeware design trends

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to e-commerce or marketing

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or marketing is preferred

• Understanding of social media / online content platform trends

• Be proactive, collaborative and detail-obsessed

• With an interest in lifestyle / homeware products

• Proficiency in MS Office
