Responsibilities
Perform a variety of accounting clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and records maintenance
Assist with the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
Reconcile bank statements and perform other account reconciliations
Provide support to the Accounting team as needed, including responding to inquiries and assisting with month-end and year-end processes
Ensure compliance with established accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance are preferred
