Responsibilities
Follow-up on shipping orders, track shipments and advise customers on the shipment status
Daily inventory organization
Check and receive all incoming equipment & spare parts, reconcile with purchase orders, process and distribute documentation with purchase orders and reports, document and track damages and discrepancies on orders received
Maintain accurate daily in & out inventory records in system
Co-ordinate with Customer Service, Logistics and Service departments
Prepare import/export shipping documents
Supervise the inbound and outbound logistics procedures
Maintain the warehouse, records area and temporary storage area in a neat and orderly manner
Perform weekly and monthly inventory physical check
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
3-5 years inventory control experience
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience with ERP for inventory control is an advantage
Good command of English
Highly independent, proactive and willing to work well under pressure
