Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of internal governance frameworks and ensure daily operations adhere to established regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Track relevant regulatory updates and industry requirements, translating them into practical guidance and action plans for business units.
  • Handle the preparation, review, and management of commercial agreements, partnership terms, and internal documentation to safeguard company interests.
  • Act as a key contact point for external parties, including advisors and regulatory counterparts, facilitating communication and timely resolution of compliance-related matters.
  • Perform regular internal reviews to assess operational risks and identify areas for improvement in control processes.
  • Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders on compliance matters, helping teams align with internal policies and external requirements.
  • Contribute to business planning initiatives by identifying potential risks and ensuring proper control measures are incorporated into execution plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal support, risk control, or corporate governance functions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and corporate compliance practices within a commercial setting.
  • Hands-on experience in contract handling, policy documentation, and internal control processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret regulatory information and provide practical recommendations.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and coordinate with external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
