Key Responsibilities
Expert Consultation: Act as a professional advisor to high-net-worth clients, providing insights into international investment-grade gold/silver coins and collectible numismatics.
Independent Management: Take full ownership of daily store operations in a "single-person, single-store" boutique environment, ensuring inventory, security, and administrative standards are met.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with VIP members and collectors to drive repeat business and referrals.
Event Participation: Represent the brand at exclusive coin expos, investment conferences, and high-end client events periodically.
Buyback Services: Facilitate professional appraisal and repurchase services for clients in accordance with company guidelines.
Job Requirements
Language Skills: Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential.
Retail Excellence: Solid experience in store operations and management, preferably within Luxury Retail, Jewelry, Watches, or Private Banking/Wealth Management.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and providing premium customer service.
Personality: Proactive, independent, and resilient under performance pressure. Must be comfortable working in a self-managed boutique setting.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with sophisticated investors.
