Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience in the property management, real estate industry, or reputable sizable corporates will be highly preferable
Demonstrated experience in leading HR functions such as talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
