Support the team lead in developing effective marketing strategies and tactics, from concept ideation through to execution.
Plan and oversee marketing events, mall decorations, branding initiatives, communications, and creative materials to ensure alignment with overall brand positioning.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Identify and develop potential brand-compatible partnerships for joint promotional activities.
Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, tenants, and external agencies to effectively promote the shopping malls.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Over 5 years of solid relevant experience in mall promotions and marketing, preferably within property developers or shopping malls
Strong proficiency in digital marketing and media relations, with good market sense and commercial awareness
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Able to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Deputy Manager.
