Act as the main contact between the company and property agents, involving in property sales, sales launches, customer services and related documentation tasks
Support, plan and implement sales and marketing strategies specifically (commercial and industrial properties)
Monitor and analyse the latest property market trends & share insights to support business decisions
Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and real estate agencies
Conduct asset reviews and assist in identifying suitable opportunities for asset disposal
Perform business planning and feasibility assessments for the sale or restructuring of selected assets
Degree or above in Real Estate, Marketing or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry
Solid experience in commercial & industrial properties, carpark sales or closely related fields
Good understanding of current property market trends and industry practices
Proactive, customer‑focused, team‑oriented, positive attitude and high level of professionalism and integrity
Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Candidates with slightly less experience or lower qualifications may be considered for the position of Deputy Manager
