1 Personal Assistant, Butler ($35K-42K)

Responsibilities:

• Handle personal matters and provide secretarial support to the Chairman 
• Manage a team household workers -helpers,drivers
• Coordinate lunch and dinner meeting for Chairman
• Manage calendars, arrange daily appointments and travel arrangement
• Organize events and parties 
• Send invitation and coordinate events 
• Handle daily correspondence 
• Need to work at house

2. Junior Personal Assistant (25K-30K)

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support (Business & Personal) to Management 
• Prepare and compile documentation in good manners, such as meeting agenda, minutes, presentation materials, sales report and other clerical supports
• Organize daily schedules, business appointments and trips
• To assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:  

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Sizable company
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Flexible, self-motivated, independent 
• Experience in manage helpers and drivers
