Sales Director – (Food- Station in China )

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business performance targets for food products in Mainland China

  • Lead strategic planning and implement initiatives to capture growth opportunities and strengthen market presence

  • Manage and support distribution channels to maximize sales objectives and to achieve best market coverage

  • Drive and inspire the sales team to deliver profitable growth and expand the customer base in both existing and new markets

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring trust, loyalty, and effective issue resolution

  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities and enhance market penetration

  • Partner with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and drive demands

  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:  

  • Degree holder in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or related discipline

  • 12-15 years of sales management experience, with at least 10 years in the China FMCG industry

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua

  • Energetic/ Presentable/Good Marketing Sense
