Responsibilities   

Accounting duties

• Manage company bank accounts and handle vendor payments
• Maintain accurate records of payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and cash flow statements.

Admin duties

• Monitor office supplies and provide administrative suppot.
• Support company secretary for some paper work.

Requirements 

• Diploma holder / Bachelor degree holder
• 3 years’ relevant working experience 
• Experience in Company secretarial Department of a professional firm preferred.
• Knowledge of Kingdee is a PLUS
• Practical knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese / English word processing
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate available / short notice is a MUST
