Responsibilities:
Perform secretarial and administrative duties for business related and personal matters
Manage calendar and arrange meetings and appointments
Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and briefs for internal and external meetings
Manage travel arrangements, manage trip requests and expenses reimbursements
Plan, manage, and deliver strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on operations
Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
5-6 years’ experience in a senior secretarial / executive assistant role, preferably supporting C‑suite or senior management
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Flexible, self-motivated, independent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
