Responsibilities:

• • • Plan, coordinate, and supervise both corrective maintenance (CM) and preventive maintenance (PM) for Conveyor Systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system functionality.
    • Compile daily CM/PM reports, conduct in-depth fault analysis, and document case studies to drive continuous improvement.
    • Deliver regular operational reviews, identifying maintenance challenges and proposing actionable solutions to enhance system efficiency.
    • Ensure full compliance with QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health, Safety) standards and protocols across all maintenance activities.
    • Participate in joint inspections, client meetings, and cross-functional reviews to align with stakeholder expectations.
    • Foster strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to support smooth operational collaboration.

Requirements:  

• • • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) with 8+ years of hands-on experience or Diploma in Engineering with 15+ years of specialized experience in Conveyor System or Manufacturing production line.
    • Profound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, maintenance best practices, and advanced troubleshooting techniques for Conveyor System.
    • Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to present technical information clearly.
    • Demonstrated resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by operational needs.
