Job Description:

• Conduct research to find new suppliers outside of the China regions

• Benchmark Global retailers & brands to uncover sources of supply and Identify potential markets based on category specialization

• Evaluate potential markets to understand cost of supply and liaise with International supply Chain team on route optimization

• Evaluate potential supplier against key ethical and QA standards and ensure potential supplier is aware of Supply chain & financial requirements

• Liaise with Sourcing team, capture data & update new supplier journey in Central Diversification documents 

• Summarize progress data metrics for monthly sprint and as required in ad hoc reports

• Ensure research delivers against diversification road map priorities & annual targets

• Capture feedback from Sourcing & Merchandising on new supplier success / fail to ensure research team is meeting customer needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• Min. 5 years of Vendor Sourcing experience

• With buying office exp will be an advantage

• Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
