Create high-quality and engaging designs for ATL, TTL, and BTL materials, including posters, brochures, digital displays, EDMs, web and app banners, social media graphics, reels, and event visuals (booths, backdrops, and promotional items).
Develop creative concepts, themes, and visual storytelling for integrated marketing campaigns across brand, social, digital, and event platforms.
Provide art direction, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless execution of creative deliverables.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand asset systems while strictly upholding brand guidelines.
Shoot, edit, and retouch photos and videos, and adapt content for multi-platform use.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, events, digital) to brainstorm ideas and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and proactively propose innovative creative solutions.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Diploma or Degree in Design, Creative Media, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in art direction or graphic design, ideally within advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects). Experience in social media design is a plus.
Strong skills in art direction, graphic design, layout, and production with excellent creativity and brainstorming ability.
Positive team player who is proactive, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively with both designers and non-designers.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
